Shipping policy

At Lesweet, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver purchases made on our website within Malaysia.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia only, including:

  • West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been packed and shipped.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days

  • East Malaysia: 5–10 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, festive seasons, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Total weight of your order

  • Courier partner pricing

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discount codes.


5. Courier Partners

We work with reliable third-party couriers such as:

  • J&T Express

  • DHL eCommerce

  • Ninja Van

  • Pos Laju

Courier selection may vary based on destination and service availability.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment using the courier’s tracking portal.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Lesweet is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete information

  • Recipient unavailable

Reshipping fees may apply.

7.2 Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or missing items:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and products.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  3. Email/WhatsApp our support team with your Order Number.

We will assess and provide a replacement or solution.

7.3 Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund will be offered once investigation is completed.

8. Self-Pickup

Self-pickup is currently not available, unless stated for special promotions or campaigns.
